The Associated Press reports ABC will broadcast Super Bowl XL on a five-second delay, the first video delay in the Super Bowl's 40-year history. The game itself, as well as the pregame, halftime, and postgame entertainment will be on delay.

So that means probably 8 seconds on Satelite.
