I did not know about this. That is pretty amazing actually. All the GM's and agents will be there I'll bet. Sounds pretty cool. Hopefully NFLN will be all over it. Especially since we can't track Jerry's plane any more.

it definitely closes the gap in an area that we've been pretty strong in.

I think is is a stupid idea and won't be successful. If a Nfl team doesn't know who to sign and needs to know a players stats they shouldn't be in business. At this stage in one's career a combine is ridiculous IMO.

I know its such a terrible idea to see if a player still has the measurable it takes BEFORE you pay them

Some values go up and some will go down.
Youre going to have to be in great shape and participate or people will be asking why?

Agreed, especially older FA's who have playoff experience and other intangibles, but not necessarily elite numbers.
