We should know something today on whether or not Suh will get suspended for stepping on Rodgers ankle. I really think he's gonna get suspended especially with his history and the fact that Raiola just did something similar a week ago.

I think the guy should be banned from the league, enough of this BS already. NFL talks about player safety and yet Suh continues to pull this BS. Old days OL players would take care of it by taking his knees out now days it is left to the league office to dole out punishment. Enough of this cheap shots from Suh he needs to be sent packing

The thing of it is...he never turned around, even after Rodgers hit him on the leg...he never even flinched. Their center, Raiola, being suspended for a similar incident does not bode well.

I think it was dirty and I think Suh is a dirty player and frankly I'd be happy if Suh sat out next week, however, I don't think there is enough there to get him suspended. It's just borderline/grey enough that I suspect he gets away with it or just gets fine.

I think the video is inconclusive technically so he will likely skate. But we all know he meant to do it

First step was accidental, second step was definitely not.

Suh is a cheapshot artist; so many people want him on our team, but dominant players like Watt can do it without resorting to bush-league tactics.

If it was someone else maybe not, but Suh's history will be his downfall on this incident . Not to mention the way Rodgers sold the injury and we're talking about Aaron Rodgers and not Matt Flynn here. He's definitely getting suspended.

I definitely agree with your reasoning and hope you are right. I just don't think the league suspends him for the playoffs.

I really hope he gets suspended... The lions lose bad and it takes away from the money he's going to get this offseason.

Totally agree.

But, he played it as if the leg wasn't under his foot.
He played it as if no one touched him.

The player that walked up to Rodgers should have pounded Suh. He made like he didn't know what happened.

I said it in another thread, but I believe that if the league sees enough to fine him, then they will suspend him. It'll be all or nothing.

Chances are your right but I do think given Suh history he should not only be suspended from the post season he should be banned. This is one of many incident that he is doing on purpose. Fines do not stop him nor empty threats by the league. If the league is serious about protecting players then they need to send a very strong message around the league that these thug acts will not be tolerated at all.

Yeah, Everyone knew Rodgers was already hurt and it just looked like Suh was trying to do further damage. If Rodgers was not hurt and Suh did that maybe the league would just let it go or fine him. But clearly Suh was trying to make the injury worse by stepping on him like that.

The NFL should suspend him for one game and I'm not just saying this because they play us. But would say it even if they didn't have to play us. If they fine/suspend players for hits that are not intentional. Then they should do it when someone attempts to hurt a player on purpose. Especially if it's the QB.

It would help if Suh was suspended. It's PO time in the NFL so I don't believe he will be.

Suh is a repeat offender, a fine and game suspension is not enough.
If anything happens at all, it will be "handled" in the off season.

And since he would play against us, the league would not suspend him, and would love to see him do that to Romo's head. And it won't be called. And no, this is not a conspiracy theory, it's the truth...

And people actually want this thug to come here next year.

If the league is truly concerned about player safety Suh should be suspended.
