Just don't put a guy behind the DLine. I hate having an official in the middle of the action in often impeding the path of the players.

They should improve the officiating in terms of the guys that are watching the video. The replay officials don't seem to have enough power to instantly notify the on field officials of a problem. Why does the on field guy need to review the play? The guys upstairs should be able to do it much quicker.

Agree with the officials reviewing it upstairs and not on the field. But I think it's because the official on the field is in charge of the entire officiating crew. But it can be changed.
When they moved the official from behind the DL, to me, this is when the calls started getting missed more. If they add an official, maybe this can help depending where placed.

Yes, I think that is the root of the problem. The replay officials should be in charge, IMO.
