Free agent WR Amani Toomer (Chiefs), during an interview on SIRIUS NFL Radio, said he is done playing professional football even though he has not yet filed retirement paperwork with the league. Toomer said he has been focusing on his family and one day hopes to get into broadcasting.

I always liked this guy. Came in, did his job really solid, never caused a bunch of drama. He just played football. I have nothing but respect for him.

Nothing agianst him, he carried himself professionaly, never cause a club drama, and never bereted anyone that i know of.

Solid WR that could come in take his role as the team explained it and did his job and collect a paycheck. Nothing wrong with that.
