On NFLN this morning, they said Cowboys is the 15th team to play a game without having a 3000 yard passer, 1000 yard RB, 1000 yard WR from the previous year.
This is also the W / L % for back up QB's in the NFL. that was taken form a show earlier in the week.

However, if any team can overcome that it can be the Cowboys, because of their OL and if their Defense can keep playing like they did in Philly. As after Romo went down, the D did play well after. That was also mentioned on the show.

Teams going 0-2. This morning on NFLN they showed that stat of 0-2 teams making the playoffs. 12%, we seen that before.
But also only 2% of 0-3 teams make the playoffs, and hasn't happened since the 1998 Bills.

They said of course, this division is still up in the air, because of the injuries to the Cowboys, we know they have players returning and will be fine.
But they do not know about the other 3 teams, they have other issues besides injuries. And that came from Marshall Faulk.

Kurt Warner thinks they can go 3-4 with Weeden and stay in the mix to win the East.

Irvin said Weeden will be fine if the OL steps up. Without Romo, Dez, Murray, that is trouble, but the OL and D can help keep winning. Marruici said just keep Weeden within a simple game plan, short to intermediate routes.

We've lots two more DL since Romo went down. Now we are missing what four DL? Ouch It's going to be damn difficult to win if Ryan has all day because our DL is running with only three wheels.

Hopefully it's only a bit deflated [where is Brady] then one of the "spares" [according to any naysayers] can step up and give some fresh air to have a smoother ride.

Those numbers have no relevance. It's like the display showing previous numbers on the roulette wheel.

No they don't, as we never know what will happen, but just posting what they are and what was said. Topic for discussion.

Weeden can come out and have a Kurt Warner type season as when he took over for Trent Green. And I am not comparing Weeden to Warner, as not anyone, can say they knew Warner would do what he did. Everyone thought, there goes the Rams season.
Or he can come out and play like Ryan Leaf, which I doubt it's that bad.

Forty percent winning percentage is actually quite good considering.

If all team are considered then the average winning percentage has to be 50%; therefore, 40% is not that far below average.
