NFLPA player's report card on Eberflus ( not good )

Ehh, no worries there. He's now coaching for an organization with strong leadership top to bottom. He'll be surrounded by determined and selectively aggressive ownership, top notch management, a wildly experienced head coach, and paired with defensive depth at every faze. Eberfluk is on the short track to assistant of the year or my name isn't JIMMY.

Oh, what do his players know.
There's gotta be a way to spin this to the positive.
My favorite mod here can most likely offer up this nugget as a useful team building exercise in what to avoid going further.
Lol

How did he get a head coaching job in the first place?
Being a DC, and Flus has done his best work focusing on the Defense.

Not concerned that man probably was stressed out, so take a load off and find some creative ways to unleash Micah and everything will be fine

Defensive coaches are often great coordinators and substandard HC’s

Steve Spagnuola

Vic Fangio

Leslie Frazier

Brian Flores

Robert Saleh

Raheem Morris

Gus Bradley

Mike Zimmer

Wade Phillips

So this isn’t necessarily a death knell on him in Dallas

This was as head coach.......either way, let's hope he uses this as an opportunity to reflect. Interestingly, he's offered Shotty his leadership as a head.

“The players’ most frequent complaint was with their former head coach Matt Eberflus. The players felt like he lacked a willingness to listen to the players and the players’ leadership council, and he mismanaged the weekly team schedule.”

Sounds like Eberflus is either stubborn or stupid. Which is it?

I got some serious problems with some of that. Players Council? weekly schedule? to be very blunt I do not listen to much the NFLPA has to say since It lost all cred a long time ago
