Nice to see Stanback out there tonight

I'm hoping Stanback will continue to return kickoffs and slowly play his way into the offense. If Glenn doesn't come back 100%, we're going to need a deep threat guy in the postseason. Even as a decoy, Stanback can still change a defensive formation with just his speed. Just one bomb completed to Stanback and every DC in the league will be on alert.....I guarantee it!

We need a burner, that can scare defenses when he lines up outside.

i saw him out there on 3rd down when we ran the ball and then punted during garbage time, but that was all...i was hoping to see a pass thrown his way, but you can't argue with just running time off the clock

He came in on a 3rd and 8(3 wr set) when they were running the clock out. JJ got four or five yards and they punted.

It was nice to see Stanback out there and he actually looks like a good return man. I can see him breaking one at some point. And I agree with Silverstar, if he catches just one bomb pass, every DC in the league will take note. The more weapons the merrier.

I'm excited about Stanback also, but the idea that an 8-1 team 'NEEDS' something isn't quite right in my estimation. Having a speed threat would be nice, but it isn't like we've been unable to stretch the field without Glenn and stanback in the game.
