This is my concern about older LBs.

Of the two positions on a football team the RB and the LB really get beat up. Concussions are as common as the cold among those positions.

And one who is 30 makes me concerned. Any FA LB of that vitnage smells like stop gap to me. My big issue is who is he stopgapping for?

Do we have any prospect who will be the leader of this unit?

He would be a role player and would be an improvement over our other LBs with the exception of a healthy Overshown.
