See my post above. They haven't played a team ranked above #23 in rushing.

Well, the fact that they held those teams to low rushing yardage factors into that. But I'm glad Green Bay is the No. 1-ranked rush defense. That should serve as extra motivation this week for our linemen and backs to exert their will.

The Cowboys have gotten away without a pass rush in their 4 wins. They won't against Rodgers.
No pass rush means no win against the Packers.

I see us moving against them at will. Question is, will Aaron eat our lunch?

I guess that's what it is, then, huh? I'm still surprised at the line. I know it's a very tough game to go up there and win, but we're a good traveling team, and we actually match up well against them right now (I disagree with Catch there). I guess we'll see what happens.
On paper this is a way better matchup than cincy was. Green Bay looks mediocre so far though too and I really dont think that is what we will see this week.

No pass rush means no win against the Packers.

It used to, anyway. Tackle well, and let the completion percentages work in your favor now, and you've got a shot.

We're not going to get a lot of pressure on Rodgers, no matter what.

I think this is one of those games where we come in and take their best shot. And they're a good team, but not a great one right now, because their QB has gone from being the best in the entire league to being very good.

If we can take their best shots and stay in our game, we'll nut out a convincing road win and make a statement. If not, we're back in the thick of things. It's going to be great to watch.

I think we are going to beat them to be honest.

GB has AR and a decent OL but as you mention, they look out of sync offensively and AR is now turning the ball over forcing deep passes.

I think with D Law back and with respect to our better secondary play, that our corners may have pick opportunities as we saw with the Giants.

Further, their defense has not faced a rushing attack like Dallas and Dak is not just going to sit back there and let them tee off like the more limited QB's mobility wise.

I think we are the better team right now and weather may not be a huge factor.

That's kind of how I'm feeling, with the big unknown being whether we can stay ahead of the chains in this one or not. Even if we can't, though, and I suspect we can, we've got a puncher's chance, regardless.

We'll show a lot better than the Giants just did, regardless.

I think we can exploit that secondary as well.

If the DL can get to Rodgers then there is a great chance the Boys leave GB with a win
Well, we do have some fresh legs in D Law who had a few pressures and forced hurries in the Cincy game.

Don't think this just wondering......does GB have the #1 rush defense because they played low ranked rushing offenses or are they low ranked because they played GB?

Is Lacy out?

Sorry can't make this larger. You'll have to zoom in please as necessary.

If I'm GB I'm going to try and get the ball out in a hurry and pressure our LBs to cover the RBs and make tackles. I'm playing a short passing game mixed with enough runs to keep us honest and try to matriculate the ball down the field that way. AR will take a few shots downfield as well.

Gonna be a good one next Sunday.

Bob Sturm touched on this the other day, and being that he's from Green Bay and a huge Packers fan I trust his insight. He seems to think Green Bays stout run defense has a lot more to do with the teams they have played thus far: Jags, Vikings, Lions, and the Giants. The Lions did not have Abdullah due to injury and the Vikings only had Peterson for part of the first half. We played a good DLine in Cincy last week and dominated. I think the O-Line will be up for the challenge again this week.

They're going to be primed to stop the run. Play action deep pass on our first offensive play!

Green Bay is really good, especially at home. It's going to be very tough. We have lost 5 straight games to them. Hopefully we can squeak out a win.

Ny gashed them for some nice runs with their outfit. We are going to do some serious damage to them.

And for me I think we should expose teams that do try to stop it like we did this past Sunday.

My biggest fear is they go back in the predictable shel that they are known for.

Which we saw a little of in 2nd half after Dak fumbled in red zone even tho Cowboys were up 28-7. Small nit.
