And I think there should be zero doubt that Romo is more important to this team. Romo at nearing 100% equals win. Romo at something less equals loss.

The problem, as with all of these, comes from the term Valuable. The QB, especially if they are a good player, is inherently more valuable then any other player on the field.

He had a great season, but it falls short of what is needed for an MVP RB season, mostly because of his inability to break long runs. His YPC wasn't otherworldly and neither were his touchdowns. Basically he just ran the ball way more than everyone else. While there's value in that, it's not MVP caliber.

He had a hell of a statistical year, but the award is based on value. He's not even the most valuable player on his own team.

Murray and Romo both deserve to be mentioned and be rated. Anything else is nothing more than bias against the Cowboys.
