Actually, a lot of teams don't tackle at TC because injuries are high enough.

its called game planning, right now game planning on offense and defense stinks
when your on top, teams watch you like the cowboys were, the new wade philips defense was here and jason garrett was attacking on offense, but after teams got film of formations etc, the opposition game planned
the cowboys didnt counter that game planning, and didnt prepare other game plans accordingly, in other words their getting outcoached and out played by opposing players
this says it all, when you have to take 4 other coaches from your staff, and have them spend time that they need on defense or offense to fix the special teams that the special teams coach read isnt doing, then your making a mistake right there,
its the coaching and players, both combined and some of the players not really honestly caring about getting beat,
im not saying all of the players but some of them, when one player like flozell adams says, i played ok, and all of the other offensive linemen said we played badly, something is wrong, ATTITUDE
then when the coaches cant get it over to that player, and dont correct it, again a poor coaching job
