For those who are complaining......at this point in the 2003 draft, we had not selected Jason Witten yet.

There is still talent available and we have the picks to go after those players we like.

Tomorrow is really going to be exciting.

I think that many DC fans are frustrated - not because there is "no talent" left in lower rounds but because Dallas (er, Jerry) seems to have a penchant for having good-to-great players at positions of need fall into their laps only to trade down.

Steven Jackson comes to mind. William Moore, Sean Smith, Phil Loadholt and a couple others would have been very reasonable picks at 51.

That said, there was a run on positions we could have used in picks 40-50. That sure didn't help. Did you catch Wade's reaction on TV? He was definitely not happy about the move.

Some of these complainers probably weren't around in 2003.... or they have a short memory. They can't be satisfied with anything!
