Crawford took the second most snaps on DL, behind only DLaw. He is overpaid for sure, but you also have to factor in his versality and leadership. Its a big deal that he can be an effective starter at any of the four DL spots.

He didn't make Jerry give him that extension and if the contract numbers were different, fans would love the guy.

You probably should’ve said playoffs to make a valid point, but it’s not the players usually that end our playoff runs. It’s the gingers lack of any type of adjustment combined with an apparent lack of game planning.

Yeah but do you look to replace the duct tape that's holding things together or do you look to replace the holes you have? At least your duct tape is holding it together. That hole is not even doing that.

Yeah he can play defensive end and defensive tackle. He's that solid rotational piece on a contender on a solid defense. He happens to be more than that on this defense and may be that's as problem. But the player isn't the problem.
