49ers | Team re-signs Nedney

Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports the San Francisco 49ers have re-signed free agent PK Joe Nedney to a multiyear contract that averages $1.4 million annually. The length of the contract has not been disclosed. The deal is expected to become official on the first day of free agency.
