No Rb, Wr or cb in the first round What else would you want?

Our 3 biggest needs before pacman arrives were cb, wr and rb. If there is another player at a postion that falls to us at 22 or 28 you would not want to see us pass up other than the 2 big needs what player would that be and position?

K phillips or brandon albert, kosier is the weak link and if we landed albert we would have the best o line in history and flozell is getting old so if he goes down albert can move to lt. K phillips is underrated and will be a stud. Ever Safety that comes from miami is dirty simple as that. By the way Mayocks boy matt ryan is going to fall to 14 chicago just watch.

I will have to agre on FS Kenny Phillips and G Branden Albert. The safetly class isn't very deep this year but Phillips is by far the best of the group. The same can be said about Albert and the guard class. If we had to take a tackle in the first round, then we might be able to get Chris Williams or Jeff Otah if either one falls to the #22 spot.

Although Dallas will postively draft a rb or cb with their 1st pick, i'll go along with yea. I would take Ohio State de/lb Vernon Gholston. I think the Giants proved that you cannot have to many pass rushers.

If they trade for Jones, Phillips easily could end up being a 1st rd pick for us...we could be in a situation where niether starting safety is back for 2009

dont agree on OL however...I really cant see this team using a 1st rd pick on an OL...especially after resigning Adams and drafting Marten/Free last yr

I agree with you. I don't think that we will sign an OT, but you gotta draft somebody....going along with the original question, who would you draft in the first round other than RB, CB, or WR....doesn't leave many other options other than S and G which is covered, unless we were to draft ANOTHER first round OLB/DE, lol.

I still think we will sign a CB in either round 1 or 2 even if we get Pacman. Henry is always hurt, Newman will be testing FA most likely, and Pacman may only be around for 1 year anyway. If there ever was a year to draft a high end CB, this is it.
