Let's hope not ...

At least one analyst per network will pick the Chiefs. It gets people watching + advertising dollars + ratings = more money in their pockets.

KC on the road. They are 0-4 against America's Team. They have nothing to lose.

They will be hype. Hopefully we are more.

Gotta remember Herm was the coach there last season, so I am sure he is rooting for some of his former players as well.

Umm, what respect do the Cowboys deserve right now? None that I can see. Respect is earned, they haven't earned **** so far.

It is interesting to see members of the media picking against us this week.

By their play on the field, I just don't think the Cowboys have given any indication that they would lose to a winless team.

I think the Cowboys win this game by at least 2 touchdowns. Unfortunately, after the game, the air waves will be filled with people proclaiming that the Cowboys are back and Superbowl bound.

True, but they certainly haven't shown that they are so bad, that they can't beat Kansas City.

Honestly, I just think some have an odd perception of the Cowboys.

People don't care who the opponent was we lost too, but since we lost, we must be the worst team in football.

Again, every opponent we have lost too, everyone else that has played them, lost to them as well.

The Cowboys are a very mediocre football team but they are nowhere near the bottom dwellers such as the Raiders and Kansas City.

There will be actually a couple of perspectives:

1. Well it was the Chiefs
2. CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
3. We should have scored more, Romo still stinks.

I'll be somewhere in the middle. Good win, build on it, go get the next one (AND GET HEALTHY DURING THE BYE!)

Me too.

I would take it as a game the Cowboys should win, nothing more and nothing less.

I don't care if we win 3-0, as long as we get the W.

Last week some were picking us to beat the undefeated Broncos, .. and now this week some are picking us to lose to the winless Chiefs.

I can't take any of them seriously.

fwiw, everyone at espn.com picked the Cowboys

not that it matters

if they play as crappy as they did last week they'll probably lose again

They didn't play crappy last week. They played against what looks like to be this year's top defense in the NFL.

I havent looked at the rest of their schedule, but I'd be willing to bet they dont even finish in the top-10

They won because our QB played like crap.

To be honest, their QB didn't play all that great either, especially in the 2nd half.

At what point do people actually start to admit that we are not that good and that we didn't give games away but the opponent was just a better football team.

Also, most of the time when a Quarterback faces a really good defense, they typically don't have as good a game.

I say the Pats hang three td's and 27 points on that defense this week.

I never said Denver wasnt better than us, I said I didnt think their defense would finish in the top-10 and that we lost the game because our QB played bad. Some of his bad play can be attributed to Denver's defense, but most of it is Romo playing poorly (for whatever reason, my theory is he is hurt)

As for your last comment, Romo has been average to bad all yr. Other than the Giants (who were missing alot of people) none of the teams we've played has a great defense IMO.
