If we take him out, what difference will that make? The next in line dictator could simply take his place ... it could lead to internal wars if different factions fight for leadership ... or it could give China the excuse to move in to "restore order" an stay awhile. If we had a good idea that whoever replaced him would be better then we might have done something by now.
