Adam Vinatieri and Mike Vanderjagt head the list of UFAs at the end of this year.torrescatch22 said:A GOOD FRIGGIN' KICKER!!!!!!!!!!
does anybody have a list POTENTIAL free agent kickers? Kickers that are worth their weight, if there will be any at all.

How about a freakin' veteran deep snapper???
Le'ts bring Hoffman back.

I'd take either.

Rackers re-signed, I don't think Vinatieri has. If he did, I never saw a news article on it.torrescatch22 said:I thought Vinatieri signed a long term deal before the season?
Plus, with the salary cap situations of both teams I'd say Vanderjagt will be free before Vinatieri is.
Either one would be perfect and are worth their weight.
I agree. A 56 yard FG is impressive but I don't want to be hanging a game on something like that; the percentage of time that ANY kicker will make that is just way too low. Most of the time you can get in close enough to get a shot under 45 yards and from there on in it needs to be near automatic. I was not thrilled to see Cundiff return because he has always been inconsistent. I would have rather seen us bring in France or Novak than to resign Cundiff; particularly France since he did not miss a FG in Philly. I never quite got why they released him and signed a POS like Cortez.CanadianCowboysFan said:Hell, even if it isn't a free agent kicker, just get us one who can make the makeable field goals.
