Not sure if I totally believe Irvin, but...

...in his defense, he certainly doesn't look or act like a crack addict. If it was indeed a crackpipe, then there may be a chance he is telling the truth. With his history though, its up to him to prove it in my book.

If you watched Monday Night Countdown Irvin himself said it was a crack pipe. I certainly hope he wouldn't lie on his own show!

The arresting officer described on the ticket as a "multi-colored pipe with marijuana residue in it"

Not a glass ccrack pipe

Just take a drug test administered by ESPN, and announce the results. Problem solved...or is it?

If that is indeed his true summons, then his career is over. Not only is he lying to ESPN and everyone else but there is no goubt he's smoking pot. His story doesn't hold water if it was a pot pipe hidden inside a sunglass case and there was also plastic baggies with residue in them.

I don't think a crackpipe is a misdemeanor charge, not 100% sure on that though.

There is no such thing as misdemeanor possession of cocaine though. There is a big difference between cocaine residue and marijuana residue.

um, is that Michael Irvin's actual place of living?

I live exactly 2 miles away from there... like a 4 minute drive

You miss the simple point..the moral and professional implications make the distinction immaterial..there may be a important distinction with reference to law or fact on two problematic legal violations with DIFFERENT legal implications..but again..this distinction hardly matters with reference to the moral and professional implications to Mikey.
