A few names that have been thrown around back here from their pro day.

Guys like Fuller, Prosise and Day didn't run the 40 or some of the drills, having already done that.

Three guys that might be intriguing later in the draft or even UDFA are Russell (CB) who ran a 4.43 and 12-2 broad jump at the pro day, Chris Brown (WR) ran a 4.43 40 and Ishaq Williams (DE) who ran a 4.89 40.

Williams would be a pure 7th round, UDFA project. Hasn't played football in 2 years as he was one of the 5 guys pinched for cheating two years ago.

Russell's broad jump was 11-2 -- not 12-2, which would be only an inch less than Byron Jones' world record.

Russell's workout was absolutely outstanding. He would have been the talk of the combine with his numbers if he had been able to workout.

His senior tape wasn't great - he says that he played with a stress reaction in his leg for most of the season that finally broke against BC. As a late round flyer, he would definitely be worth a look if his leg is healthy.

Jarrett Grace also worked out well - he could make a team as a core special teamer and backup LB.

Russell remains a great mid-round target and a guy that could develop into a shut-down corner if he gets it together.

I still don't know what to think about Prosise. He has a great build, good vision and is a good enough athlete, I just worry about his lack of experience at a position that already has such a short shelf life.
