When Jerra the infernal optimist refers to some on the defensive team as "no names" I begin to break out in a sweat, man, sweating more sweat than that guy halfing to answer how he sprained his two ankle.

He toldt the Associated Press You’ve got guys out there, no-name guys. You’ve got guys out there who retired. You’ve got guys who are coming back from injury. Man, this is a ‘to prove’ group.'

And he is right. He forgot to mention the couch guys and street guys who replaced street guys as adetroitly stated by a Forum brother last week.

I half been saying the above also but now we no we are really in for it, when the head cheerleader say this.

Great offense. Horrific defense.

I am not a Jerry Jones apologist...but in fairness....he has tried. Sean Lee should be the anchor and leader right now. Brandon Carr was the top FA CB a couple of years ago. Mo Claiborne was the #6 overall pick. Bruce Carter is a 2nd round pick. Crawford was a 3rd round pick. Scandrick is a Top 5 slot CB. We spent a 3rd round pick on the Safety out of Georgia Southern. DeMarcus Lawrence is a 2nd round pick. Melton is a pro bowl caliber player. So this side of the ball has not been ignored....but some of these guys have just flat out not shown up...be it injury...or coaching.....or simply not as good as advertised. But that side of the ball has gotten enough attention to avoid historically bad performances.....definitley not a top 15 defense...but this defense should not be in the bottom 5 of the league.

i beg to defer.

He half always sugar-coasted things. He tends to be a optimist so I half learned to filter things through the (echo chamber effect) SUPREME TRUTH filter of mein mind.
The point is, if Jerra is not sugar-coating, that is extreme! If he is talking SUPREME TRUTH it is time to load up the womans and children into the truck and head to the underground shelters.

I am learning and growing at night classes and soon I will spell good like ever one here. Be patent and one day you will say to yourself in that way you half: "Hey, the man is learning and growing and can spell better than Pat Saject " That Is a world I want you to live in.

No i am not but I would like to be a captain. But be serious. I cannot remember a defense that might be so bad its TV ratings might skyrocket because fans might tune in to see how bad they are.
