It should be clear to you that: Rivera will be the DC unless San Diego hires
him as their HC. The Cowboys are waiting for the twenty day period to end
(from the Super Bowl) so they can sign him and not owe the Bears any compensation. Garrett or Hurst (interviewed on Thursday) will be the OC/QB coach.
