Offensive coaching staff - here’s my guess

They hire a new OC, probably from outside the organization, but if from within it will be Nussmeier. Kellen Moore gets promoted to something like passing game coordinator, or assistant OC to take advantage of his football smarts while giving him an opportunity to gain experience without having to live through the growing pains if he had to handle the full OC role. Kitna will be the QB coach. Most other offensive staff will stay the same.

This is my 2 cents. Now we wait to see if it’s worth even that much.
