if Gifford is gone you can bring back Phillips, and maybe McClain instead of March

and then cut one of those garbage O-linemen for a Daniel Wise if he clears waivers

Coaches don't think like you. McClain can't go on ST. So there is no room for him. Frazier might be a lousy coverage safety, but he is good on ST.

I wouldn't trade a box of rocks for scrubs like Knight or Redmond

If you trade Su'a-Filo then you're down a backup who can actually play, and if you trade Fleming then Knight becomes your swing tackle... lmao.

Well, pretty much the entire league has traded for linemen, I cannot think of who hasn't got one. It has been crazy. I think eight or nine OL trades. Patriots made three all by themselves.

It's 2019. The old geezer coaches need to go. ST is not a big deal anymore with all the rule changes and kickoffs being pretty much automatic touchbacks and more fair catches on punts than ever.

keeping JAGs around for "special teams purposes" only in 2019 is mind-numbingly stupid.

ST these days is pretty much only about the minority of punts that actually get returned and even that is only about "don't screw up" than anything. Any JAG can play on special teams. It's like driving or riding a bicycle, not hard.

it's not 1985. You don't keep players exclusively for ST anymore, except for maybe a 4.3 speed return man who can catch or run a little bit on offense. With all the rules and flags kickoffs are almost always touchbacks and we have more fair catches than ever.

keeping guys for the sole purpose of ST in 2019 is F-ing ignorant.

3 interior offensive linemen BACKUPS on the roster is mortifyingly stupid and ignorant, which you have DL players who are much better and there will be plenty of OL's on the waiver wire far better than a JAG like Redmond.

Frazier and Redmond are bona fide JAGs. Especially Redmond. Why would you need THREE INTERIOR backup offensive linemen? And only one backup tackle? When Smith and Collins are the ones with injury history? Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb.

It's possible that the 'trade for an OL' talk is true and we'll swap on eof these guy for a developmental OT, or trade Sua'filo for someone else/
