Not in any order:

1. Who do we bring in to play center? I think Johnson is done in Dallas, and Gurode can't handle the mental aspect.

2. We must find at least 1 OT....Adams won't be ready when the season starts...and when he returns, if he's fortunate enough to only take a year, he'll be rusty.

3. We must find a TE who can block as well as Campbell but be a better receiver....I think we'd run more two tight sets with no FB, but it would be nice if the blocking TE also had some threat as a receiver....Witten is not a very good blocker.

4. Backup QB? We either need one, or we need to start giving Romo some snaps when the opportunity arises.

5. Must find another Inside LB....move Burnett outside, opposite Ware. We need the young guys outside....Fujita and Shanlee should be special teams and backups, imo. Fowler should just be cut.

6. Must find another NT, maybe in the draft.

7. Must find a FS.

8. A Gifted WR.

That's actually 6 critical improvements that can be made easily in the draft or free agency: FS, NT, LB, TE, OT, C, and 1 luxury in WR to help now but especially groom.

I would be thrilled just to fill those needs.

My other priority would be to bring back our former kicking coach, not only to find punters and kickers, but also because he seemed to get the most out of them by working with them during the season.

I think Parcells made a big mistake when he let this guy go, saying he and DeHaven knew what to watch with kickers....I don't think so.

Other than a few coaching changes so we can actually see player improvements, instead of regressions, I would agree.

I hear you CB....I'm not unhappy with Bledsoe...he's a vast improvement over Vinnie, but if you can't block the defense, and if Bledsoe can't check down to the RB or someone to get rid of the ball in time, then you might as well run in a mobile QB who can make some plays for you even if he's not as consistant or talented overall as your starter.

JMO here.

1. Yep, a new Center is really needed, no question. Hopefully LeCharles Bentley.

2. Yes and NO. Yes we need to bring in another RT. We need a good one here. No more projects. But I do not understand why you are saying Flozell will not be ready for the start of next year. I am banking on this, and have not heard anything to suggest anything different, accept your comment.

3. At this point I do not think this is an issue worth worrying about.

4. I like Romo a lot. I think he has a lot more than what most people around here think. Just keep developing him. No use to have put him in yesterday. He would have just been murdered. Our O-Line sucks.

5. We have Ware, Burnett, and James all young and like you said need 1 more. We should be able to fill this slot.

6. Yep

7. Yep

8. Yep, for the future, but I do not think this is our most pressing need. The O-Line no question is. If we have a very good O-Line we have the weapons, but it sure would be nice to have a young threat here to pair with Crayton for years to come.

And SIGN A REAL KICKER! Enough of this find a substitute teacher and mold him crap. Forget Dehaven. Just sign a real Kicker!
