I don't and this is without TO in the lineup yet.
It just seems to me that the players want to be turned loose and they have the skills to run it up.

Unfortunately, didn't alot of us think this last year? The one time that BP left it up to the players and opened it up was against the Eagles and we crushed them.Hostile said:Do you see this offense as a ball control, run first offense?

I see us with a high yards per carry because of the receiving threats.X-Dawg said:We don't have the Hammers up front to run like Bill would want - I see us with the lowest yards per carry ..like last year just about...if we do try.

Same here....the defense won't be able to stack the box.theogt said:I see us with a high yards per carry because of the receiving threats.

31 pass plays - 46 rush play. Thats a bit lopsided. I think we'll be more balanced in the regular season though.summerisfunner said:no, around 60% I believe, it is preseason and our line is an uncertainty in Parcells' eyes, it's no wonder we ran alot on 1st down

Exactly right. It doesn't make sense to me to hold this team back though. TO is going to draw double teams. That means Glenn (Wow!) and Witten are going to benefit. This team could move the chains in a big time hurry if they were turned loose.Jimz31 said:Unfortunately, didn't alot of us think this last year? I think the players ALWAYS want to open it up....it's ALWAYS the coaches that hold them back.
