Just like I didn't make excuses for Romo, I'm not making any for Dak. He played good enough to win in a bad situation, and that's all that matters to me. The WThe biggest turnover of the game was Free allowing his guy to run right by him nearly untouched. T Fred nearly cost us another turnover by snapping the ball off his behind.
There were several VERY key plays worth pointing out. First drive of the game, LT Smith jumps early killing off the drive. Free wipes out a game changing 42 yard run with a holding penalty. (I do think this call was BS) Lastly, not directly related to the OL but the Escobar penalties were beyond costly.
These guys need to clean it up if we are going to make a deep playoff run. Dak once again would have had zero turnovers if he had good blocking throughout. Zeke would have gone for 150+ and a TD and we would have won by 2-3 TDs or more.
I feel they will get better and clean it up against the Giants.

T Fred - Uncharacteristic bad snap.
This started during the game and it continues today.T Fred just got his big contract, but he needs to be more consistent on his snaps. Numerous times Dak has had to pick errant snaps off his ankles and then the butt snap... It needs to be fixed.
Yo, Chaz.......*** dude.......

Prescott talked after the game too. He spoke about the fumbled snap. Any comments? Those guys are real experts, case closed.
I think a 108 QB rating speaks for itself. Not to mention pressure and drive killing penalties all night long. Even Garrett talked about this at length in his post game presser... But, what does he know right?
Dak was trying to take up for his Center. I saw the replay clearly. Do you see how often Dak has to pick up snaps off his ankles? It is a glaring problem at times. This started during the game and it continues today.
Even PRESCOTT said it was his fault and Fredrick is still being blamed.
I even posted a photo of the ball exchange in the post game thread. Incredible.
smh.

I heard Dak talk about the fumble after the game, he hesitated several times and lIke a man decided to accept responsibility. It was an AWFUL snap, like so many others.
Every QB "struggles" at times otherwise you would have perfect passer ratings every game. He played about as good as QB can play given the circumstances. Nothing wrong with admitting that. The 108 QB rating shows he was accurate and didn't make mistakes on the throws he made. It doesn't show whether or not he struggled reading certain coverages. If you don't know where to go to with the football and, instead, take a sack or run, it won't count against your passer rating.
Dak struggled at time last night. There's nothing wrong with admitting that .
Do me a favor and count how many times Dak has to pick up snaps at his ankles every game.smh.
Do me a favor. Describe how a quarterback positions his hands prior to the center snapping the ball.
No quarterback, including Prescott, would be required to pick a football at his ankles if he he positioned his hands correctly before the snap.Do me a favor and count how many times Dak has to pick up snaps at his ankles every game.
Again, when Dak is in shotgun, do me a favor and count how many times he has to pick up snaps at his ankles. This has NOTHING to do with positioning of his hands. No quarterback, including Prescott, would be required to pick a football at his ankles if he he positioned his hands correctly before the snap.
You say you watched the replay? Good. Here's a link to a picture taken at the moment the ball should have been exchanged between Fredrick and Prescott.

Did you see anything wrong with the exchange? Please don't cheat by reading my text in the post.
