And why is everyone so friggin in love with Cowher. A guy who leads Pittsbrugh to a bunch of 9-7 seasons, has a few good years, wins a Super Bowl against a bad Seahawks team, with loads of help from the Refs, and he's our guy?

Martz does his best work when he is a OC not a HC, at least thats my opinion. My brother's are DIE HARD RAM FANS, and they always tell me they LOVED it when Martz was their OC but hated it when he became HC.

It's not really a short list. Anyone who has played, watched, coached, or bet on football is a candidate.

Dallas' personnel doesnt fit his sytem well either in my opinion. His system is about more deep routes and requires a good Oline that can block well. TO is better suited for short slants etc and I dont even need to comment on the Oline not being able to give Romo the time that would be required.

Not to mention that he did a pretty bad job as HC of the Rams in my opinion. Like many stated he makes a better OC as he needs someone to reign him in.
