probably the most talented TE we've ever had..No disrespect to witten.
Without question, if his head doesn't dismantel him, he will be better than Witten.

Maybe as a receiver, but he won't be the polished complete TE that Witten is.

Between him and RW, Tony can just throw the ball up a whole lot and let them go get it. I've hated Eli doing it for years with Plax, but I'm excited to see it :laugh2:

We have the best TE in the league in Witten and a bigger more athletic one to continue to learn from him

it's gonna be nice to watch!!:)

I dont know why that one guy was jumped on for the we'll miss Fasano comment. I don't think that had anything to do with rather the guy played hard, or any of that, and more to do with the crying that happened on these forums when Dallas drafted Bennett after trading Fasano.

So many people were so angry about how Dallas wasted the pick. Why draft a TE there when they just traded one away.

Well things like this are exactly why that move was made.

I'm probably as excited about seeing what MartyB is gonna do this year as I am anything else. He's going to be a monster.

That was a great catch and I especially love how effortless Romo made that throw look.

In the two Alamodome practices I have attended, Romo and MartyB were in sync and appeared (I couldn't possibly know) like the first option on some passes.

In one goal line play, Romo threw a very high pass to the back cornor of the endzone in just the right spot to where only Marty could catch it. Marty was in perfect position and jumped to pluck it out of the air. It was a great thing to see.

I'd argue that he is better blocking right now than Witten was at the same point. He takes enjoyment out of blocking. He will be a complete tight end.

I will agree with you here.

I thought Witten was a solid blocker but I was absolutely shocked at how well Marty B has blocked right from the get go.

Man he looks like a giant compared to the DBs lol
Yeah, it looks like they are going to send him straight up the middle alot, and have Witten eating up everything short and in the mid range area.

Meahwhile, having Felix Austin and Williams on the field along with Beans & Rice should be a combination that makes me forget about the hall of famer.
