Dear Bill:
First let me congratulate you on a great come-from-behind-win. I hope you gave MB III some man-boy love, because he realized the importance of putting some cushioning points on the board when you would have settled for a FG, and maybe let the Panthers regain the momentum. That run was unbe****ing believable and made it necessary to score 2 TDs just to tie.
But I really wanted to remind you that 4 years ago you were in the exact same situation: A big win over the Carolina Panthers, full of love for your "boys" who "played their guts out", and the absolute belief that the POs were in hand. Unfortunately, our next two opponents (Miami and the Titans (I think)) crushed us and started us on a spiral that ended w/ an early exit from the POs at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals no less!
I bring this up not to rain on your parade, but to remind you of the importance of not mis-judging this team as you did 4 years ago. Our next two games should be very winable if you keep focus and realize that this was just one game. A coach of your experience should be able to do this and I am looking forward to seeing the results: A 3-game road winning streak.
