It doesn't matter if he was charged in a court of law, that doesn't matter!!!!! And you have NO IDEA of what the evidence is against ZEKE nor do I, other than media speculation, conjecture and conclusions, but that's not evidence!!
NFLPA, It's a union, it was collectively bargained!!! So running to cherry pick a judge from Minnesota and not New York where it should be heard since that's where the league office is but the NFLPA doesn't do that because they'd get laughed out of court, that's why they run to Minnesota court system or cherry pick for a judge to get an injunction ruling on some procedural process denied(Brady case) that will eventually be overturned like with Tom Brady case...what was the evidence in that case against Brady, no charges, no conviction, served his four games...And this is exactly like any job, a company( you have a contract, you provide a service, they pay you for it, that's a contract) can suspend you for company conduct policy and since Zeke is part of the NFLPA, he's subject to the collectively bargained code of conduct agreement.. What's the NFLPA argument in court, ah he didn't do it or Goodell doesn't have the RIGHT so he cant suspend him...what argument in LAW is there to overtun the suspension, it would be some procedural process, that's it good luck,,appeals court ruled Goodell does have the RIGHT to suspend him on Brady,
Rather him just appeal, hopefully it's reduced to four games, accept it and move on, last thing I want to see is that come the end of the season, some injunction he got that is overturned on appeal and he has to serve the suspension during a playoff run or God forbid, suspended for the playoff game(s).....just get it over with as soon as possible and move on
