Why did the NFLPA run to Minnesota court for the Brady case, if not Judge cherry picking, they picked the judge that hates the NFL, well known and why they run there.. Brady doesn't live or play there, the NFL offices aren't there, are you clueless to what the NFLPA does!

The NFL gave a statement overview of the case decision ,

I can suspend an employee for company code of conduct, walmart can and so can the NFL

Again, I am not interested in the silly arguments of biased courts/judges. I just don't care, and honestly, it's completely irrelevant where they take it. At the end of the day, the NFL has to have reasonable rulings or they can have their ***** handed to them. Yet again, this isn't like having a job at Walmart. There contracts, there are protections that players have along as rights - which, once again, why they are able to appeal and why NFL suspensions are often reduced or removed. Is that enough now, can we stop with these circles?

Everything in the NFL statement was laid out - they do not have enough evidence to 100% say Zeke abused her. It's simple as that, did you read the entire statement or no? They can suspend Zeke, no one is denying that. But again, their decision must be reasonable and have sufficient evidence to suspend a player. Why are you even arguing this? Whether they go to Minny or New York for better leverage, it doesn't matter - players can still appeal and the NFL must show they had reason to suspend.

The NFLPA and the league have an appeals process that they both agreed upon through collective agreement, it's the NFLPA that then runs outside of that appeals process of that agreement they agreed to try to get a court to rule in their favor when they lose on appeal, they are the ones taking it out of the process they agreed too........and why they run outside of NY, because New York court abide by the agreement companies and employees bargained for
it's civil case, 6 pages is an overview,,,,the preponderance of evidence is all the league needs, not 100% proof, just 50.1% that there's enough evidence to find him more likely than not that he did do what the evidence suggested..

The league really doesn't need ANY evidence to suspend someone, they can - HOWEVER, this is why it won't hold on an appeal. Are you getting it? When they take this to court and a judge looks at the evidence, they need to see enough evidence that is sufficient when suspending Zeke.

So, what are they suspending Zeke for? Over assault, yes? Personal conduct policy. So, if there is not enough evidence to directly point to Zeke, why would a judge in their right mind say a suspension is justified?

Please, spare me the nonsense of locations this will happen. You're wasting my time.

First off, he would have never got convicted of this in a court of law unless they did have video, multiple witnesses, him admitting it, or DNA - they have none of that.

What did Zeke get suspended for? They are stating he abused her - so, what evidence are they using? The evidence they are using is not, and really is nowhere near 100% sufficient, right? So, he's getting suspended over something we can ALL say the NFL has a lack of evidence to suspend him over.

And no one is arguing, genius, that the NFL CAN'T do this. We all know they can - there is a difference of having the power to do this and being in the right. You are not only not up to date on this case, you are simply not intelligent enough to be discussing it. I am trying to put that as politely as possible.

There is a reason this will most likely be going to court.

Also, lastly, this is not the same as an at-will job. This is a contractual job, and the NFL is bound by things as well as the players. This is very different than a job just randomly letting you go, the NFL must have a reasonable ruling.

ESPECIALLY when there are verified documents proving SHE'S ALREADY LIED about one of these incidents, and, tried to get others to lie for her to keep her charade going.
