Alittle off topic, but the off season is slow.
Big news in the Big Apple. Michael Strahan and his ex wife are fighting over who spent more money. His wife spent something like $500,000 on the kids, and he spent something like $2 mil on cars.
I guess the argument was who was justified in spending and who wasn't.
While both are extremely excessive, I have to side with Michael. He's bringing home the bacon, putting his health on the line with every snap, endures massive hardships to earn his pay.
I'm here surfing the net on an engineer's salary, I'm in no position to question the spending habits of millionaire NFL players. But I would side with him on this case ... it's his money, let him play with it.
As for his wife ... typical woman over-indulging her kids for her own inadequacies as a mother. Overload the kids with massive amounts of material goods they don't need or appreciate ... and mom thinks she's making them happy.
I'll do my best for my daughter, but no way, can I justify half a mil on clothing for them. Sorry ... someone needs to put a leash on this lady.
Ok, just my rambling for the day.
Wish I had $2 mil to spend on cars and $500,000 to spend on baby clothing.
