Well, what do you expect Fisher to say. It probably tears him up inside to say that, as I think of Fisher as a stand up guy. Its coach speak and a nice way to say no comment or the famous 'next question'. Everyone knows 'pac-man's' character and nothing Fisher says is gunna hide it any better then ol' pac man himslef could.
