Harris sat out of full team. But he and Beasley are fielding punts during ST period.
I wrote this morning that Spencer is now able to run on-field. He's out here now jogging. Still no timetable for a full return.
Current nickel formation has Durant/Carter at LB. Mo and Scandrick rotating at nickel. Tyrone Crawford was LE.
Impressive catch by Escobar, fighting off Sterling Moore and Hamilton on an out route. Probably only a 6-7 yard gain though.
Yup. RT @C_Cr8 when mo and scan rotate does the one not playing nickel move outside opposite Carr?

Weeden overthrows a double-covered Dez to the right side deep.
Weeden throws a bubble screen to Beasley, who is gobbled up by the swarming defense.
Claiborne knocks Street out of bounds on a pass to the sideline from Henne.
One criticism you'll probably see from Vaughan is he holds onto the ball too long.
Concurrent with Dez working with the jugs maachine, you had Murray orking on the iso sled.

Glad to hear Spencer is running. Honestly it sounded like he would have his leg amputated a few weeks ago.

The latest step back from Spencer’s microfracture knee surgery is his return to the field for running – something he said he wasn’t able to do as recently as three weeks ago.

“I almost shed a tear when I was out there running,” Spencer said Monday.

That doesn’t necessarily mean you should expect to see the veteran defensive end in a helmet when the Cowboys report for mandatory minicamp next week. True to what the Cowboys have been projecting, Spencer said he still doesn’t have a definitive return date in mind.

“Still no timetable, really. It’s feeling really good, though,” he said. “I’m able to do a little bit more weight and moving on the field a little bit more. It’s coming along slowly.”

“Listening to my body – knowing the things that got me to where I am, and doing those things over and over. It’s just a daily grind,” he said. “The coaches help a lot, the players that have been around here. Really, it’s like riding a bike. You don’t lose that grind aspect of it when you get into it.”
