I thought I heard he was. But regardless, I think a lot of reporters read the team boards to get a read and feel for what the fans are thinking and the issues they are concerned about.

I've seen some college sports forums too where there are known local writers that are posters. It's one of the best ways to get the pulse of the fans.

So is Corby from the ticket. I've heard him say things that I know he got from this board.

Which is fine, but I hate that they act like they had an original thought when they just pulled it from a message board.

As far as Carpenter goes, I said that he was a snitch early on. If you remember when all this went down on the TO thing, he was in Bristol doing a bit for them 2 days prior to Werder going with the story. The whole things stinks to high heaven.

The dude is more worried about being picked up by ESPN when his contract is over than playing football. What a waste.

The only good thing about all of this, is I think ESPN made him lose the 'stache.

I'm pretty suspicious of him after having seen this. From his "T.O.'s gonna do some things like he always does" to his "I don't know if Wade's necessarily a bad coach"...plus, having seen how players ridiculed him on Hard Knocks...it's starting to make sense.
