I think playing in the Super Bowl is an amazing honor. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Cowboys...5 wins, 3 losses
Giants...3 wins, 1 loss
Eagles...0 wins, 2 losses
Commanders...3 wins, 2 losses

Bears...1 win, 1 loss
Lions...0 wins, 0 losses
Packers...3 wins, 1 loss
Vikings...0 wins, 4 losses

Falcons...0 wins, 1 loss
Panthers...0 wins, 1 loss
Saints...0 wins, 0 losses
Buccaneers...1 win, 0 losses

Cardinals...0 wins, 1 loss
49ers...5 wins, 0 losses
Rams...1 win, 2 losses
Seahawks...0 wins, 1 loss

Bill...0 wins, 4 losses
Dolphins...2 wins, 3 losses
Patriots...3 wins, 3 losses
Jets...1 win, 0 losses

Ravens...1 win, 0 losses
Bengals...0 wins, 2 losses
Browns...0 wins, 0 losses
Steelers...6 wins, 1 loss

Texans...0 wins, 0 losses
Colts...2 wins, 1 loss
Jaguars...0 wins, 0 losses
Titans...0 wins, 1 loss

Broncos...2 wins, 4 losses
Chiefs...1 win, 1 loss
Raiders...3 wins, 2 losses
Chargers...0 wins, 1 loss

Giving 5 points for a win and 1 point for a loss here's how it would break down.

1. Steelers...31 points
2. Cowboys...28 points
3. 49ers...25 points
4. Patriots...18 points
T5. Raiders...17 points
T5. Commanders...17 points
T7. Giants...16 points
T7. Packers...16 points
9. Broncos...14 points
10. Dolphins...13 points
11. Colts...11 points
12. Rams...7 points
T13. Bear...6 points
T13. Chiefs...6 points
T15. Buccaneers...5 points
T15. Jets...5 points
T15. Ravens...5 points
T18. Vikings...4 points
T18. Bills...4 points
T20. Eagles...2 points
T20. Bengals...2 points
T22. Falcons...1 point
T22. Panthers...1 point
T22. Cardinals...1 point
T22. Seahawks...1 point
T22. Titans...1 point
T22. Chargers...1 point
T28. Lions...0 points
T28. Saints...0 points
T28. Browns...0 points
T28. Texans...0 points
T28. Jaguars...0 points

Last time I checked, the SB trophies break down like this:

Steelers......6 trophies

Cowboys.....5 trophies

San Fran.....5 trophies

Rest of the NFL...................................................

WHAT THE HELL IS THERE TO BE ASHAMED ABOUT, WE ARE AT WORST THE 3RD BEST TEAM IN SB HISTORY........THATS NOT TOO BAD IN MY BOOK.

The Steelers are a great organization. I hate the hell out of 'em, but respect them.

They have a passionate, aggressive defense. Their offense isn't built for flash, but to move the chains. Their players don't make silly mistakes and they play as a team.

They have six Super Bowls because they have had several great teams.

No shame in being #2 to the Steelers. The fact that we're one SB ring less than them is a testament to how good our Cowboys franchise is.

The Steelers are the best, but we're right there with them.

I've never witnessed my team win one championship

They don’t grow on trees. And those 5 teams were special. Please don’t disgrace the star with remarks like these.

Our 5 Lombardi trophies are starting to look a lot less pretty in my eyes.

there's a simple solution for that:

Pick one and enjoy the trophies again.

Just ask any Cleveland Browns or Philthadelphia Beagirls fan if they wouldn't die to just have one, much less 5 of them.

So just because the Steelers have more NFL Championships then we do, it somehow cheapens our past?

Comments like these are precisely why so many people absolutely abhor Cowboys fans.

Unfortunately I believe that as long as JJ is in charge we wont win another one. Pitts good enough to win a few more.

Im not as ancient as some of these dinosaurs on this forum, I only remember 5 of the SBs the Boys played in (went to one in person), but even in the ones we lost It was so sweet to even get there, a lot of teams cant even say that.

We only had 2 before he was in charge.

Ya but the three we lost before he was in charge, we lost as a TEAM. That team played with desire, and intensity, they gave it their all.

The Cowboys havent been intense since the early 90's.

LOL! I love it. Apparently our team is the only one who ever wins without blown calls or whatever. The Steelers win, nah it's cause the refs cheated.

The Patriots or whoever win, nah it's cause they're doing it in the crappy salary cap era.

LOL.

Man the sour grapes around here are piling up.

I tend to agree that winning another is going to be difficult with Jerry in charge.

Yeah, I know we only won two before Jerry bought the team, but I tend to credit those 3 wins under Jerry's ownership to Jimmy Johnson's draft and coaching expertise than anything Jerry did. Jerry hired Jimmy, of course, but Jerry and his incredibly large ego just had to piss Jimmy off after Super Bowl 28. Who knows how many more we would have won if Jimmy had stayed?

Unless Jerry is willing to make coaching changes and ALLOW A COMPETENT COACH TO RUN THE TEAM, and also allow that coach to take full credit along with any blame that comes along, it's going to be 2008 all over again.

Something else for the kids to think about: how many teams can boast of SEVEN different Super Bowl MVPs???

Super Bowl V (even though the Boys lost the game!): Chuck Howley
Super Bowl VI: Roger Staubach
Super Bowl XII: Harvey Martin AND Randy White (co-MVPs, only time that's happened!)
Super Bowl XXVII: Troy Aikman
Super Bowl XXVIII: Emmitt Smith
Super Bowl XXX: Larry Brown

Wikipedia puts Pittsburgh in 2nd place with 6, but in my book, it's really 5 for them 'cause Terry Bradshaw won twice.

And yet, as incredible as it may seem, some are ashamed. Amazing, ain't it?
