We have room for 1 CB and 1 safety when you really think about it.

Brown, Scandrick, and Carrol with a rookie as the 4th CB. McFadden, UDFA or camp signing as 5th.

Jones, Heath, Frazier + a rookie will make up the 4 S's we will most likely carry. Again, maybe a udfa/late pick up undressed on the 53

But just not a whole lot of room to add a bunch of guys to the secondary...especially if Mo or Carr come back.

I fully expect a TE, LB, and DE mixed in with a CB and S.

I think you will still see one of Claiborne or Carr back sometime next week. I think a rookie will take McFaddens spot and compete with Carroll for snaps

I see a real need at Safety, however they had a third round grade on Frazer last year. I definitely think they look at Safeties, but I dont think they will feel pressed. If they did Wilcox would be back, or he will be replaced by the end of the week

Can we let at least a week go by in free agency first?

That would be dangerous. Of course you want a slant, but the offense returning intact makes us too vulnerable. I would like another TE and especially a replacement for Dunbar if we are going to continue to monitor Elliott's snaps.

No but they need bodies for depth all over the team and guys to compete to start at a few spots. They don't need to draft 3 players at the same spot and some of those needs will be relieve by FA signings. The OP said all DBs and that would be foolish.

We will draft a Safety and Corner but we will also sign a FA at each of those positions before the draft also.

In whatever mix, they should draft a DE, CB, S, RT and 1T.

Why does know believe that the Cowboys aren't going to draft all DBs or all defense? They set a draft board for a reason and they now stick to it. They will take the best guy as rated on their draft board. Now if a D guy has the same grade at that pick, then they might lean to the D guy but if an O guy has a higher grade than a D guy and especially a much higher grade then be prepared to be disappointed because it will be a TE or WR or OL heck maybe even a RB if the RB is a multiple position guy like McCaffery. One thing is for sure they will not be reaching for a guy in the 1st especially.

Well this would certainly be the year for it! No matter how u mock it theres solid dbs to be had for at least the first 2-3 rounds.

If we sign Ware and pair him w Tapper thats not really a hole so we dont have to force Edge.

2- J Lewis, Tankersly etc.
