Anyone involved in the decision to still have Jeff Heath as a starting NFL safety should be fired.

Can't fire the coach.

he's not ready either. unfortunately there is no quick fix to this problem. something you have to address in the off season. such a dumb incompetent franchise.

You're ready when you're the best at your position on your team. From what I've seen in the past 4 games, he's definitely better than Heath or Jones lmao

Hate to pile on Heath but I'm gonna.. he wasn't good today.
Terrible angle on the Gurley catch and td run late in the game was a back breakers . He was right there. Should have been a 12yd catch for a first down not a 50 + td

exactly what i said. Todd Gurley really didn't even make a move and Heath just whiffs. I just don't know what the coaching staff see's in Heath or Frazier. They are basically the same person aka trash.

Heath was in exactly the right spot, last year and the year before.
Full-time starting safety? NOT.

They are definitely the worst safeties in the league. I think they have to change something on the backend. Move Byron to Corner, let Scandrick play free safety, keep Xavier woods in there as well. Heath shouldn't be starting or even seeing more than backup and special teams snaps. They gotta do something because their run support is bad too, it isn't just their coverage.

Heath is the sorriest thing I've ever seen trying to break down and make a tackle. It's pathetic. Every scout and defensive coach that didn't vehemently disagree with the decision to start him should retire from football immediately.

Jones isn't much better but I think he's at least mediocre, while Heath is pure bum.

We don't have much of a choice back there at this point. You have to leave Jones at FS (I'd rather they just make him the slot CB) because you have no other options.

And the reason you have no other options is because they other safety is beyond worse than Jones. Heath is a disaster. I was willing to give him some time but he's continually out of position, taking bad angles, etc.

Bench Heath, start Woods. Work Awuzie and Lewis in more and more and hope it pays off form the 2018 season (with hopefully a new defensive coaching staff and scheme).

Easily the worst pair in the league. Jones has terrible instincts for the position. Maybe he can play corner but he isn’t a safety.
Heath is awful. Epic failure on the FO rolling with him as a starter.
And while I’m at it, Frazier should Be washing cars for a living. Easily the worst player on the roster not named Kellen Moore

There was a play when Goff threw the ball up for grabs deep in the 2ndary ...I yelled...WHERE IS THE SAFETY!

Agreed, Jones hasnt made a play on the ball in his career.... put him at CB and cover TE's and big WR with him. Heath deserves the bench. I want to see Woods out there for Heath.

Agreed, Woods needs to be playing a lot more, made some nice plays today.
