Penalty for throwing it away with gives it to CM with zero on the clock.
CM QB throws it to about the 10 yard line, the WR catches it and flips it back to another player.
That player runs it in for a TD and CM wins the game after OK St. could have just kneeled on the ball to run out the clock but threw it out of bounds with no WR in sight.

I'm guessing kneel down would have stopped the clock since it was 4th down? I'm not too familiar with NCAA rules. But thanks for recap

For the record the officials said the referees missed the call at the end of the game. Central Michigan should not have the last pass hail mary and the game should have been over.
