Ware, Beriault, and Crayton all had outstanding games.

Polite did some good stuff.

We got pressure on the QB from all our inside LBs.

O'Neil showed up.

Davis made a couple of plays.

Barber had some nice runs, but that fumble offset it.

The 2nd/3rd team OL improved their play.

Ratliff and Canty did nothing to show that they are not solidly on the roster.

Curiously, Ware didn't do jack in the second half against the backup tackles.

I was pleasantly surprised that our backups played so well. Especially Beriault. I'm hoping he makes the team. Saying that he reminds me of Bill Bates is no joke either. He hits like Bates did.....without regard for his body. You gotta love that.

No mention of RT play? I thought he looked much better than last week, and he seemed to stay at it even when his guy beat him off the line.

One good thing,Parcells still fed Barber the ball and he kept
pounding out good yardage.

Last week I thought Ware had trouble adjusting to the speed of the game.
Tonight he looked like he was dictating the speed of the game.
Impressive performance for a small school guy playing a new position in the NFL. He could really be something.

Ware did pretty damn good against the 2nd and 3rd team, he was getting a lot of pressure. The fact of the matter is though, this is not Madden 06, and even though they're backups, you can't expect him to get multiple sacks like it's no problem. I'm pretty damn excited about a sack, 2 FF, a FR, and an INT.

Rookies continue to impress.........I would keep Barber over A Train.....Barber showed me he could make a block.

We finally have some depth. We will probably win some of those games we lost last year in the 4th qtr.

He had the sack and fumble beating their franchised LT.

The INT was also against their starting QB...his only non-completion at that point.

Most of the rookies looked pretty solid. It would have been nice to see Thompson get some carries. Much better effort compared to last week.

Ware mainly got shoved up field and Thorton played a lot.
