Mayle had good ST play in his first game playing but doesnt seem to be performing in his blocking role in replacing Swaim. Bring in a blocking TE since reports are Rico isnt ready?
Lucky is unreliable at PR and keeps making mental mistakes (fumble and spinning in circles on 1st return) Potential other returners out there to calm our nerves and juice return game?
or
Dunbar seems to be invisible, blocking better but no plays. Bring up McFadden for him?

Swaim was better then we all gave him credit for. We need a blocking tight end right now who can hold the edge. I think we need some tweaks for sure on special team returns. Lucky isn't finding any holes whether it be punt or Kick Off returns. .

If we had a right tackle that did not need all the help it probably wouldn't be such an issue as far as a blocking TE goes.

La'el Collins to be activated, so I guess Cleary will go.
McFadden to be activated and replace Dunbar.

Hopefully Mo can return and Leon McFadden goes.

It's too late in the season to outright replace guys. This is a conversation better had for the offseason.

We have what we have. The focus for next year will be to continue to add pieces to our front seven.

The fan base.

The worst thing about Cowboys fans are that they talk about other Cowboys fans. See, now you have me talking about you lol.

We all have different opinions and ideas, who cares? The one thing that should unite us is that we are 11-1 and the best team in the NFL once again!!!

I'd let Zeke play third down in place of Dunbar.

No doubt, they'll do that in the playoffs. Trying to save his legs.

Escobar has become a real liability. Who would have imagined it would be this difficult to find a capable blocking tight end. It reinforces just how valuable Jason Witten has been over the years - great at catching and blocking as well as being extremely durable.

Nobody.

I'd like to replace Whitehead but not at the risk of running Dez out there routinely and Dunbar is equally ineffective as a KR.

Escobar wasn't drafted as a blocking TE. It was a known weakness when he he was drafted out of SDSU. He was drafted ostensibly for his ability to contribute in the passing game, with the hope that Mike Pope could coach him up enough to make him an average blocker. He's not playing the role that he is best suited to play.

Do we have only two active TEs on the roster right now?

Which leaves a couple possibilities. One, the coaches are incompetent. Two, plays that use Escobar optimally are still worse for the team than plays that don't use him at all. I'm going with door #2.

Team chemistry is the most important thing...right? If that's the case they can't change anything because they are riding a hot streak.

Sarcasm off now...

Mayle is technically playing an H-back/F-back role, so, yes. It's just Witten and Escobar. Joe Looney has been on the field more as an extra blocker when they go with jumbo looks.

I'd like to see Darius Jackson get some run, over Morris.

Alfred might still have talent, but he's not showing it. His only carry last night should have went for 20+, but he tripped over his own feet.

I'd also like to see Nzeocha, but our LBs all seem to be stepping up, so doubt it will happen.

And no more Lucky. He's too unpredictable.

Personally I would activate Jackson in game day and let him return kicks and replace Dunbar and Morris on some plays.

Want to replace Free but we are on a 11 game win streak and I'm not sure replacing him after 12 games would help. Need to help his side with TE or RB.

Overall I wouldn't make very many changes if any when we are 11-1. Just finish the fight
