Carolina averages 128 yards per game rushing and I suspect last week's game has a lot to do with that number. Their offense is not very good, although not as bad as the Jets. They average about 20 points per game and about 329 yards. They are about the same in passing yards as the Jets at about 201 yards per game. They rush on average for 128 yards per game. Their OL is ranked higher than the Jets over at ESPN where they are 15th - about average. The Cowboys OL is ranked 4th when healthy.
The Cowboys defense is awful and was awful against the run last week, although the Jets are 3rd in the league in rushing yards per game and yards per rush. Carolina averages 4.8 yards per carry too which is not bad at all.
I think it depends on the Cowboys offense. If they score a lot early, the Panthers will not run as much. If the Panthers get the lead and the Cowboys offense struggles I can see them running for 150 yards or more. Based on what I saw from the Jets last week, I do not believe the Cowboys have fixed their run defense yet.
