I may be mistaken, and please correct me if I am wrong, but having watched the game against the Vikings...

Terrel Owens did not drop a pass. Infact, I believe he was thrown to
7 times and made 7 catches.

Witten was thrown to 11, dropped 1.

Where's ESPN to give praise? He even held on after the wicked shot from Darren Sharper.

I have always been an Owens fan, but yes, I was glad to see him not have any drops.

I also don't agree with every "TO drop" that the media declares is a drop. Sometimes it is just good defense.

Every receiver drops a pass occasionally, but it is good to see that he doesn't lead the NFL at this time.

Don't expect BSPN to mention it though.

DMN said Witten dropped two passes.

ESPN is too focused on the game coming up in 10 days(Pats/Colts) and not even worried about anything else in the NFL.

I hope the Colts down the Pats in the meeting of the unbeaten, then the Pats down the Colts in the playoffs. Then the Cowboys down the Pats in embarrassing style in the SuperBowl. :D

TO also made that great catch on the sideline where he got hammered by Sharper.

I don't remember calling T.O. any names during the game. So maybe he did catch em all. Hope he keeps it up, I am running out of names.

Pretty much speaks volumes about TO's hands that it's newsworthy when he goes an entire game without a blatant drop.

Can anyone name the league leader in dropped passes?

Funny how the public only knows when TO leads the league.

How convienent.

Give praise for a receiver receiving?

Right, isnt that the point? Thats like praising a running back for..... accepting the hand off...

TO catches the most flack for dropping passes because he thrust himself into the spotlight and when you make that much money and demand spot light, every mistake you make is going under the microscope. Just like everytime he does something good, we have to see him in close ups for the next 6 minutes.

You got the point though.

Out of all the years I can remember back I never heard once the league leader in drops mentioned.

Then out of no where last year TO gets ripped because he held this title.

Its a conspiracy I tell you! ;)

they shouldn't have to give praise. he should continue to catch the ball. but we know that won't happen, being the next game is in philly
