............a TO THREAD

but to end this nonsense of not having one.....

Terrell Owens reportedly didn't know all the Cowboys' plays last year.
Tony Romo had to repeatedly tell Owens where to run after breaking the huddle during Dallas' playoff loss to Seattle, according to the Dallas Morning News. New offensive coordinator Jason Garrett isn't expected to tinker much with the playbook, so Owens should have a better grasp on the offense if the Cowboys pick up his $3 million roster bonus in June.

Yeah, someone in the media figured that out and they decided to rectify that and give us a T.O. article.

An article, that is is irrelevant, the first year of a new offense for any player, that player will not know the whole playbook, so JJT, wrote an idiot article, only T.O. haters, and other idiots will take heed to that article.

In training camp, the Cowboys asked Terrell Owens not to focus on a segment of the playbook because he was having a difficult time grasping it. T.O.'s lack of familiarity with the playbook wasn't a secret. Players knew. Coaches knew. Front-office personnel knew. Quarterback Tony Romo had to tell Owens what to do several times after the Cowboys broke the huddle during their playoff loss to Seattle. That wasn't a shock: Romo and others had to tell Owens the plays during practice, on occasion, so it surprised few when he wasn't sure what to do during games.

Leads the league in drops, overdoses, injured, yelling at coaches, doesn't know the plays. What was he doing all that time he was riding a bike injured? Some of you guys still think he is worth the money and headaches? I just don't get it. Have you played team sports before? If he isn't where Romo expects him to be, if he isn't blocking the right guy or running the right route what good is he? The playoff game was essentially week 22 counting byes and pre-season. Shouldn't he have known the plays by then? Some where in there when he didn't adjust for a blitz and I got killed or threw an pick I would have went straight t:star: o the coach and told him to sit one of us.

Terrell Owens could buy you and sell you at a loss.

Why?

Because he led the league in TD catches even without knowing all the plays.

true he is a headache but he still caught 80+ balls for over a 1,000 yards and 13 tds. im with you on the drops though. but i'm just hoping he gets better in dallas next season. up those numbers running the wrong route's and with a broken finger(which i think the finger had nothing to do with the drop problem) so i'm just hoping for the best next season

And that makes it aok!!

By that logic, I can sexually harass the receptionist so long as I'm closing deals for my firm. After all, "production" trumps everything. Right?
