From the Baltimore Sun:

Castillo's solo homer, off former teammate David Wells, was literally a money shot. Shortly before his at-bat in the sixth inning, the dollar bills came wafting from high in the seats, with several landing in left field and in foul territory, and some reaching the Orioles' dugout.

"Oh my goodness. I've never seen that before," Castillo said. "If I wasn't playing, I would probably chase the money, too."

Padres spokesman George Stieren said the bills were thrown by a fan in a suite. The fan was ejected.

Hey, at least no one got shot when the fan decided to "make it rain"... :D

Allegedly it was Pac's posse and Pac was not the one who threw the $, even though he was heard to say, "MAKE IT RAIN" by 50,000 people. 18 people were trampled , but as long as Pac's image isn't trampled, America and all it stands for survives.

Later someone fitting Pacs description entered the O's lockerroom and said he wanted his money back or he's gonna kill every muther F'er in this place.

Aw, that's just Huyghue's spin on things...

And I the only one who thinks you ought to say "gesundheit", whenever somebody says "Huyghue"??
