Does anyone have access to the following Pac Man article? It appears that pac Man is jettisoning up manu draft boards and now is considered the TOP CB in the draft! I know what BP has said about not taking a CB high with the new rules but then again, WHEN has BP ever told anyone how he REALLY feels? Perhaps it's a smokescreen?

Have you guys even seen him play? Don't let the fact that Rolle played for Miami and Rogers for Auburn fool ya! I guess it's easy for those who haven't watched to base your opinion on where a certain kid has played. I would value the opinion of the draft experts at ESPN and Sporting News a little more than yours I guess. Kiper has him as possible a top 5 pick.
Also, I have seen almost every game Jones has played in. Had the kid went to Aurburn or UofM he'd be a more popular pick amongst the uninformed.

Don't let what Mel Kiper says fool ya! He knows about the same as you and me. I seen him play against VT I also saw Rolle and Rogers play against VT.

I want the player who is dropping like a rock on the draft board for no apparent reason. Like Jason Witten.

Here's alink to another mock...check out where Pac Man is! Also, I don't have access to ESPN Insiders but was told their mock has Pac Man going #3 overall to the Browns.

Well that's where you'd be wrong. I saw all four play several times a piece: Pac-Man, Rolle, Jackson, and Rogers. No player affected the outcome of a game more than Rolle and Rogers. Jackson was probably technically the most sound of the four in a shutdown CB role but not as much the big-playmaker as Rogers or Rolle. Pacman didn't show me much in the games I saw him. Also, Rogers, Rolle, and Jackson (and Webster) go 6'1 whereas Jones only goes 5'11. They're all about the same speed.
Of course a lot of NFL teams buy the hype from the combine and Kiper and do stupid stuff on draft day so I hope Pacman does go first. IMO Rolle, Jackson, and Rogers (and maybe Miller and Webster) will be at least as good or better. I hope that Rolle is on the board at #11. He's a great player and likely to be the BPA if he's still available. I know BP said he doesn't plan to use a high pick on a CB again but I'd think Rolle would have to be tempting. The only other players that excite me that much at #11 is Mike Williams and Derrick Johnson, both of which are likely to be gone.

I'm still not sure why we didn't take Vasher last year instead of either wasted OL picks, we wouldn't need a CB this year. and oh by the way...Vasher had like 5 picks this year. Rolle reminds me of a bigger, better Vasher that can return kicks and is better in run support. But what do i know?

Gee ghst187, sounds like you've got ALOT of opinions. I forgot, to which of the draft services are you employed?
That's the great thing about sports, EVERYBODY can have their own opinion. Right now, it looks like MANY, support my theory that Pac Man is the best CB in the draft. But you too, ghst187, can have your OPINION as well. :)

You responded to a post about Alex Smith and he would be a QB from Utah. I'm assuming, however, that you are referring to Pac Man Jones from West Virginia.

Hey you dont have any bias being from West Virgina do you. I only have a bias that if we get a corner hes the best available, and in my opinion there are three corners that are better than Jones.

Yes I know who he is...I was just being a smart azz because DT posted a desire for a QB in a thread about CB's. Just a little joke :D
