He’s a physically talented guy who many thought he would have been a first round pick if he had gone back to A&M for another season.

I don’t know a lot about him… any A&M fans here with a take on him?

Its not about the talent or even the potential IMHO, its just a numbers game and we have a healthy Jarwin and Schultz that know this system,, we cut Bell thats making plays for some team...
If we had an injury issue bet he would be on the list though.
Just tight roster with no room to move on a TE at the moment.

They only have two TEs on the 53 right now and with Neal on the covid list there is at least one open spot.

I dont see this as a desperation or need.
