pacman as you know had 2 interceptions, one yeserday and one today

bradie james said he is showing up on the field,

pacman said he is like youngest player on the field, that he works out with deion,

deion said thing pacman doesnt like he isnt known for plays he makes

some players said he reminds them of deion

adam sheftler said, league will decide his future as you know by sept 1st, this way he can be a model citizen, go through pratices and preseason games, so no reason to think the league wont reinstate him by sept 1st

baldinger said, pacman brings a playmaker, by end of year pacman had figured out how to play corner, he gets great position, when plexico of giants turned to look pacman turned to look and got int as cover corner, and great in run support, somthing that dieion didnt have to worry about

and as a punt returner he sees the field and to the house, quickly and instant burst and no hestitation to go on punt returns when the player has to go

marvin harrison and plexico pacman covered when he was really young, so baldinger said jeff fisher found out, pacman could cover, that pacman had such explosion to go to height of the football.

then nfl network talked about popcorn moment with jerry jones and T O how that that moment helped T O settle payment he owed the eagles;

TO, says its a no brainer to be in dallas where he is appreciated by mgmt.

deion says that this guy is alot better cb than newman, newman is good, but pacman goes gets the ball, and deion has had pacman working at his house doing the snake,

you sprint 100 yards, run up 5 yards turn and sprint the other distance to endzone, you keep doing that till you meet at the other endzone finishing, deion said that he told pacman there is a guy that you will see that will want to quit, when he looks at the yard markers and that pacman met him around the 45 yard line, but he finished the session, working more now

deion said he thinks pacman gets it now, he thinks like deion said their is incruments of 5 year spans, and pacman is now at the 25-30 range, he thinks of his daughter and family now and the cowboys and football, he gets it,

pacman even looks by reports slimmer than a year ago, than in the chest, so probably faster, but not as strong in the chest maybe,

so like i said, i love T O, i think he is super, especially the way he praised the Lord in his press conference, that T O gets it now, with Jerry Jones and the Cowboys and that the addition with everything else Jerry Jones has done with the Cowboys, Pacman will put them over the top now, barring some unforeseen injury. joe

deion said also what he likes about pacman he reacts now without thinking, which is what you want

sorry if there were typo errors, was typing from the show as fast as i could guys

deions impact on cowboys,
adam is a different beast, most corners play not to get beat, but only a few guys play to make plays, he said pacman plays to make plays, like he breaks on the ball that pacman wants to be the best

deion said last year he only played on ability, now deion said i want him to study how they are going to attack him, but seeing his feet that quick athat fast,

pacman said he wants to be the best, deion said you know what that means, work work work, study study study, runnning running, and deion said we are doing that now, and there will be good competition now between pacman and newman, maybe guys this will raised newmans level of play alittle too.

....and I'm not sure if I've missed the any obvious sarcasm within the original post, but at NO POINT in that particular discussion did Deion say Pacman was better than Newman.

Why bother recapping if you're just going to feed us ****?

I think most people would say Pac has the potential for more 'big plays" as a CB than TNew, but over all TNew is a better cover man. Pac has the potential more more busted plays as well imo. Combined they each bring a whole lot to the table.

Woulda been interesting to see how Pacman would've played under the Parcells/Zimmer super-disciplined system, eh? I don't think he'd have gone for that "I gamble to make plays when I want to'" attitude.

And no, to those who are wondering -- that's not a knock on Parcells.

I've done snakes before and from listening to the video I think you may have it a little mixed up. Typically you start at the end zone, sprint the 45 yards across the field, jog to the next solid yard line, sprint 45 yards across the field, jog 5 yards, etc. So you sprint 900 yards and jog 100.

That's how we always did them at least.

You're correct. Deion was talking about sprinting from sideline to sideline, going up 5 yards, then sprinting back to the other sideline, all the way down the field.

Thanks i was hoping that someone was going to bring this up. Deion said Jones makes plays on the ball better than Newman but thats about it.

Actually, imo, the best point Deion made was that PacMan and Newman "don't know it yet", (those were Deion's words), but they will be competing against each other every day to see who is the best and that daily competition will bring out the best in both of them and take them both to another level.

That is a very good point.

yep, this will only push newman to be better than pacman, and vice versa

then our young cornerbacks like mike jenkins and scandrick can learn watching pacman and newman going at it

what i liked also was deion saying, i want him to learn what defenses are going to do to him, when the offense comes out of the huddle say 3rd and 5, etc, this means more film study, maybe some of that will rub off on roy williams film sudying

The competition is a great problem to have. Better hearing that than wondering if Henry is going to stay healthy, or if our 3rd corner can step up.

Funny though that this conversation almost assumes that Pacman will be replacing Henry in the starting lineup.

Not that I would have a problem with that, but Anthony Henry might.

But, given the recent reports of Henry playing some bit of a safety role, maybe not. I think that spot plays more to his strengths anyway. I hope he feels the same way.
